Majulah Malaysia

This week lecture class was my first time knowing the May 13 tragedy in our country and then I was lost in the class. And then one topic that caught my attention was "Population of Bangladesh increasing day by day, even more than Malaysian in the city." I was like ya wor, the majority of the passengers in the rapid bus are all foreigners, the Petaling Street was china town in KL, but now has became "bangla street'.

Actually, I have no prejudice towards foreigners. Because most of the foreigners that i came into contact with are friendly and they treated us in very good manners. In my experience, last month my family and I were having lunch in the korean restaurant, the waiter treated us like old friends, he offered us extra stamps and tells joke to us. What in my mind is, they just wanted to earn money here and feed their family in their country, they work so hard to serve us better, we should not treat them like a slave. We should say "terima kasih" to them who are serving us.

But back to where we were, in Malaysia, this country should give more working opportunity to Malaysian and only Malaysian have the right to vote during our election. The government should not give them the citizenship in our county that makes them able to vote during our election. Malaysia is the root of our three races ( Malay, Chinese and Indian ). Malaysia punya business if non of their business.

As a intellectualism and patriotism, we must vote in next election for a better country!

Impression towards Another Country

Last Sunday, 14th June 2015. My classmates and I went to DPAC which is located at Empire Damansara. We departed from KB block at 2:10pm. During the journey, we were having so much fun in the bus. Heh. Honestly, I didn't know anything about the show before entering the theater. but then i was like WOW, i never know that the environment is so so so serious. "At that moment, I can't breathe"

"Another Country" IS AMAZING! This was my first experience in watching this kind of drama performance. As my understanding, this plays is related to the relationship and history between Malaysia and Singapore. Tbh, me myself still prefer the acting from the Malaysia team. While we discussing in the class, i heard they said the Singapore team is more professional full time artist but i have a little bit kink because while their performing, they were sitting at the side is quite distracting to me. I prefer the Malaysia team's acting because i felt them they're so energetic keep run here run there jump here jump there keep changing their costume and so creative. And the most important is I totally understand what are they talking about. Maybe the Singapore team is too professional in language and i couldn't understand a little bit.

curi tangkap in the last play. HAHAHA

So, here is my impression towards this Another Country show. I feel very thankful to all Another Country performers, they really put a lot of effort to perform the best play to us. They helped me to understand deeper about the culture of our country and also our neighboring country, Singapore.

Malaysia chabor

It has been a long time do not post since don't know how many years ago and i will never knew that i will re-blog until the first class of Malaysian Media & Culture in 9th of June 2015.

Okay, i am type of person who kinda lazy to think and use bombastic words to describe my feelings and things. So, first, when our beloved lecturer wanted us to create a blog for this subject as an assignment, i was like ' walao eh! ' but i will still do so because IT IS ASSIGNMENT MAH! ok ok fine. stop crapping.

Let's into the topic. A not so deep but quite a deep question from my beloved lecturer, the cute one Dr.Carmen <3 awww she's cute i think i met her before in the lift and she did asked me some question and we were talked before, ya if no mistake i did met her before in the lift, at the pd block lift maybe. ermm, ya..... ok ok. come back come back. A kind of deep but not so deep question which is "Do you identify as a Malaysian? Why? DOES IT MATTER?"  YES. HAHAHAH answer can be like this?

Yes, I was born and raised in this wonderful land. I having an identity card and car license in my beautiful purse. I'm a Kuantanese. During the lecture class, Dr.Carmen asked us to write down the first 3 words come into our mind when she mentioned those terms, first, Malaysia. "klcc, FOOD and people." the rest i forget already.... I can't remember much because that time i haven't eat my breakfast and I really can't live without food.

DOES IT MATTER? does it matter. of course la! If friends from oversea asking me about food in Malaysia, i must be super duper happy and exciting to tell them "story".
As a Malaysian we can eat a lot delicious foods, Malaysian being malaysian.
